Delete your FuelCard account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the FuelCard app or on this website.

In the FuelCard app (iPhone or Android)
  1. Open the FuelCard app and sign in.
  2. Tap More, then Delete account.
  3. Enter your password, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
On the website
  1. Sign in at yourdomain.com and open Account settings (your email at the top right).
  2. Choose Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE.

What is deleted
Your login, name, email address and phone number — right away. You're signed out on every device.
Remembered phones and app notifications for your account.
If you're your company's only user, the company is closed: all its fuel cards are canceled, drivers are turned off and API keys stop working. Any remaining balance is returned to the company's registered bank account.
What is kept, and for how long
Card transactions, funding records, invoices and the security log are kept without your name for as long as card-network, banking and tax rules require (generally up to 7 years), then deleted.
Can't sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my FuelCard account”. We'll verify it's you and confirm within 30 days.
